Parque Nacional de Yellowstone es un parque nacional situado principalmente en el estado de Wyoming, EE.UU., aunque también se extiende en Montana e Idaho. Fue establecido por el Congreso de EE.UU. y firmada como ley por el presidente Ulysses S. Grant el 1 de marzo de 1872. Yellowstone, ampliamente considerado como el primer parque nacional del mundo, es conocida por su vida silvestre y sus muchas características geotérmicas, en especial Old Faithful Geyser, una de las características más populares del parque. Tiene muchos tipos de ecosistemas, pero el bosque subalpino es dominante.

Yellowstone, widely held to be the first national park in the world, is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser, one of the most popular features in the park.
